3D Artist is a software company that empowers the development of simulation platforms for robotics applications. Our Simulation and Robotics teams deliver ROS2-enabled, scalable simulation solutions for automotive, agriculture, manufacturing, logistics, mining & construction. Our Driver Monitoring Team provides data for training and validation of Driver Monitoring System algorithms. We are currently looking for an experience 3D Character Artist / Hard Surface Artist.

What you will do:

  • Create and modify high quality 3D models of humans, vehicles, road objects according to defined technical and artistic requirements.
  • Creating and modifying materials and textures for characters.
  • Implement models for O3DE or Unity engines.
  • Decide on model creation pipelines.


  • Solid experience in creating realistic 3D models and textures (using Zbrush, 3Dsmax/Maya/Blender) for digital twin or lifelike quality projects.
  • Very strong skills in Zbrush, 3ds max or Maya or Blender.
  • Strong skills creating materials and textures for various models using Substance Painter and Photoshop.
  • Experience with game engines (preferably Unity and O3DE).
  • Creativity and imagination.
  • Team-player mindset and good communication skills.
  • Fluent English and Polish.

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with animation and rigging.
